OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Information

We prioritize timely delivery but strongly urge all customers to review the terms below before placing an order. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days following full payment and successful address verification. Certain items, such as exterior doors, may require extended lead times due to production schedules. If an item is backordered or delayed, we will notify you; however, we are not responsible for any consequential damages or delays resulting from manufacturer lead times or carrier issues.

All orders are shipped via curbside delivery only. This means the delivery driver will bring the product to the end of your driveway or closest accessible location as determined by the carrier. The driver will not enter your home or assist with moving items inside. Most carriers will not remove items from the truck, unless otherwise noted. If you require inside delivery, this must be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Please contact our office prior to order placement for a quote.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final unless explicitly approved for return under the conditions outlined below.

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in unused, original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You have received a written return authorization from our company prior to shipping the item back.

Altered, installed, or assembled items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Approved returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense via a licensed freight carrier, and must be insured for full value. Any damage that occurs during return transit is the customer's responsibility.

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within the specified return window. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to any return to receive authorization.

Refunds will be processed minus any shipping costs and are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.

Damage Claims

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Include detailed photos of the damage. No damage claims will be accepted after 24 hours or once the product has been installed.
If you fail to report damage within this timeframe, the claim will be automatically denied.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel, you must call us at 718-676-7227 or email info@doorsandmoreny.com. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Orders that have shipped, custom orders, and any orders being held in our warehouse at the customer's request cannot be canceled under any circumstance.

Product Color and Finish Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately represent product finishes and colors; however, we do not guarantee color match between website images and physical products. Variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, room lighting, and other environmental factors.

Distressed finishes are intentionally designed to include marks, variations, and texture differences. These are not defects and will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.

Custom Orders
