OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment and address verification are received. Some exterior door products have longer lead time. If there is a backorder or delay, we will notify you and will work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible. We will call you once we are ready to schedule delivery.
We provide curbside delivery. Under this service the driver will bring the item to the end of the driveway at the delivery location. Please note they do not bring the item inside your delivery location. Depending on the shipping company, they may remove the item from their truck but most companies do not remove the item from the truck either. We charge an additional fee for an inside delivery. Please contact us to inquire what that fee would be for your order.

We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the full purchase price as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and in the original packaging. Altered and assembled products may not be returned. Custom orders are not returnable. To return a product, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for return. Customers must receive a written authorization back from our company prior to returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipment with an approved freight carrier and to cover any return fees that may occur. It is unlikely that your merchandise will arrive damaged but just in case it does, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Once the product is installed, no claims of damages can be filed.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24hrs of order being placed by calling us at 718-676-7230 or emailing us at email@example.com. After that, any cancellation is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Custom orders and orders that are being held in our warehouse for delayed delivery at the request of the customer cannot be cancelled.
Special Note About Finishes and Color of the Product
We cannot guarantee that the finish of the ordered product will be exactly as pictured. Please note that images of products displayed on our website may differ in color due to differences in the resolution of computer monitors and differences in lighting in the room you place the doors in. We work with our partner manufacturers to obtain the highest quality photographs of the products and thus depict the merchandise as accurately as possible. Please also note that doors with a distressed finish may have marks and spots that are not considered damages and are done on purpose to create the distressed look.
